Broadway's Future Songbook

The concert is at 6 p.m., at the Bruno Walter Auditorium at Lincoln Center, 111 Amsterdam Avenue at West 65th Street, tel. 212-642-0142. Admission is free. A line forms one hour beforehand, at which time one ticket per person is distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Produced and hosted by John Znidarsic, the February 26 performance will spotlight the songs of Lee Summers.

Featured performers will include Clifton Oliver (The Lion King), Virginia Woodruff (The Color Purple), Ty Stephens (Sophisticated Ladies), Brandi Massey (Wicked), Janet Noh, Lee Summers (Dreamgirls), and Ramona Dunlap.

Musicians will include Timothy Graphenreed (The Wiz) (piano), Julianne Davis (Southern Comfort) (Music Supervisor, Bayard), Jacob F. Feldheim (cello), and Baba Donn Babatunde (percussion)

Broadway's Future Songbook offers free concerts of new music by Broadway composers and lyricists sung by Broadway vocalists. In its twenty-seventh season, the Songbook series is presented by The Library For The Performing Arts At Lincoln Center in association with Arts and Artists of Tomorrow.
